Plateau Soup
MATERIALS
7 cups water (or chicken broth in a glass of water MAY ET)
1 COFFEE CUP RICE
1 COFFEE CUP UN
1 cup yogurt
1 egg
1 teaspoon MINT
Tablespoons butter 1 teaspoon TUZ2
PREPARATION
Put trncere water, wash the rice and add to the water. Bring to a boil and cook for half an hour after the fire. Break the eggs into a bowl, add salt and flour yogurt mix thoroughly wire. Rice in boiling water and stir to mix with wire mix simmer for 10 minutes. Melt the butter in a skillet, add the mint soup simmering on it a little bit you can add the service. Juicy meat, if desired, you can add water when cooking half.
